Dual Chamber Physical Model — MTB Suspension SAG
Polytropic dual chamber model, inverse calibration, Monte Carlo 10,000 iterations, 132 suspensions.
READ WHITE PAPERBikeLab Studio is not a conventional bike shop. It is a technical bicycle workshop in Trujillo where maintenance is executed as applied engineering: structural diagnostics, torque control, friction analysis, material fatigue assessment, and tolerance verification.
No improvisation. Measured, verified, documented.
Bicycles do not fail by chance. They fail due to undetected wear, incorrect lubrication, invisible contamination, or out-of-spec torque. Our role is to identify those variables before they become failure.
The standard is simple: If it cannot be explained precisely, it is not executed. If it cannot be verified, it is not released.

READ WHITE PAPERHere we do something bordering on scientific heresy: we delay entropy. We do not tune a bicycle — we reassemble a dissipative system made of metal, flesh and thermodynamic laws we did not ask permission to use. ↗ ig
| SYSTEM: | Scott Scale HMF Frame / Competition Hardtail |
| LOCATION: | Paraguay 300, Urb. El Recreo, Trujillo, Peru |
| DRIVETRAIN: | Deep manual decontamination and hydrophobic sealing |
| INTERFACES: | Bottom bracket service with Motorex 2000 grease |
WORKSHOP ANALYSIS:
"The Scott Scale is a machine built for absolute stiffness. In this protocol performed at our Trujillo workshop (Paraguay 300), we focused on mechanical purity. We carried out an exhaustive manual decontamination of the bottom bracket to apply a Motorex 2000 hydrophobic seal, neutralizing parasitic friction at critical watt-output points. Our goal is for the bike to disappear beneath the rider, ensuring every ounce of power translates into pure speed on the trail."

| SYSTEM: | XC Platform / Specialized Epic 2021 Gloss Flo Red |
| OBJECTIVE: | Mechanical efficiency calibration and friction reduction |
| BRAKING: | 'Shigura' Configuration (XTR M9100 + Magura MT7) |
| SUSPENSION: | 50h SID SL Service + Brain Calibration |
WORKSHOP ANALYSIS:
"In this unit, we executed an engineering protocol focused on systemic coherence. Friction management is governed by differential lubrication: we applied SKF LGHP 2/1 grease to DT Swiss hubs and high-load points, while using Finish Line Teflon White and Liqui Moly copper paste on interfaces to prevent galvanic corrosion. The Renthal cockpit has been calibrated with Park Tool torque wrenches under strict elastic limit standards. The SID fork received a 50h service with Maxima Plush oil, optimizing initial sensitivity while awaiting the Brain system's service cycle. The 'Shigura' hybrid braking (XTR + Magura) guarantees an incompressible response through Shimano mineral fluid."

| CLEANING: | Deep decontamination of bicycle parts via immersion |
| LUBRICATION: | SKF LGHP 2/1 (Hubs) // Motorex (Bicycle interfaces) |
| DIAGNOSTICS: | Bicycle wear inspection and precision tolerance adjustment |
WORKSHOP ANALYSIS:
"This service is not a simple re-grease; it is a full bicycle reconstruction. We strip the system down to the core architecture of every bearing to eliminate any trace of parasitic drag on the bicycle. We don't just clean; we decontaminate part by part, ensuring that every bicycle race surface is flawless before applying load-specific industrial grease. The result is a silent, efficient machine where every watt goes directly to the ground through the bicycle."

| LUBRICATION: | Maxima Plush Dynamic Heavy / Light (Lowers) |
| BLEEDING: | Charger Damper via Vacuum Pump System |
| FRICTION REDUCTION: | SKF Ultra-Low Friction Seals / SRAM Butter |
LABORATORY ANALYSIS:
"A full teardown of the DebonAir air spring was performed to verify the integrity of the positive and negative chambers. The Charger Race Day 2 damper underwent vacuum bleeding to ensure a seamless transition from Lock to Open without latency. We finalized with precision torque on the lower leg bolts according to the 7.3 Nm specification."

| BOTTOM BRACKET: | Expedition BB crisis → replacement sourced via DHL from Germany |
| PROTOCOL: | Expedition Lube // PTFE + Motorex 2000 + SKF LGHP 2 + copper paste |
| CABLES: | 7 new cables Shimano + SRAM // Al end caps |
TECHNISCHER SERVICEBERICHT — WORKSHOP ANALYSIS:
"Konrad and Ute Pfeffer arrive from Dortmund cycling the entire world. Their Santa Ana titanium tandem reaches our workshop with thousands of expedition kilometres behind it: cables dry and fraying, housings without aluminium end caps — zero structural protection at the terminations — bar tape completely destroyed, drivetrain running with no grease, indexing out of range across multiple gears. The bike was still rolling on engineering inertia, not maintenance. They told us they planned to continue much further. That changes everything."
"Full protocol: 7 Shimano cables with new housings and SRAM aluminium end caps fitted for the first time, chain master link replaced for safety, headset serviced with Finish Line, master drivetrain indexing across all gears, carbon belt drive cleaned per manufacturer spec, crank-frame spacers corrected, damaged screws replaced with Loctite at load points, expedition lubrication with copper paste on all titanium interfaces, SKF LGHP 2, Motorex 2000, precision torque on every safety fastener. When we pulled the bottom bracket: bent axle, sealed cartridge open, balls on the floor. We sourced a local substitute so they could leave that same day. The original arrived from Dortmund via DHL — received here, customs handled, installed without delay. Workshop gesture: the local BB sent with them as an emergency spare, plus Squirt oil, a Park Tool patch kit, and tyre levers. Full technical report written in German."

ACCESS PORTFOLIOWe work with any bike: MTB, road, gravel, urban. If you bought it and want a technician to inspect, calibrate and return it working as it should, this is the place. We specialize in technical components — suspension, hydraulic brakes, drivetrain — but the starting point is always the same question: is your bike at its best?
Yes, it's the most recommended thing to do. New bikes leave the factory with generic settings that don't account for your weight, your pedaling style or real riding conditions. An initial calibration prevents the first months of use from wearing components unnecessarily. It's a small investment that extends the life of everything. You can read exactly why here, and if you want the hard data behind it, we have the full technical analysis.
Not at all. Your job is to bring it in, ours is to diagnose it and explain what it needs and why — without unnecessary technical jargon. If something needs attention, we show you before doing any work.
It's our most requested service: full disassembly, deep cleaning of all components, lubrication, brake and derailleur adjustment, and complete calibration. All for S/ 90. It's the reset any bike needs every so often, regardless of how much it cost. See all the service details here.
A complete general maintenance takes 2 to 4 hours of technical work depending on the service requested. It includes deep cleaning, chain and drivetrain lubrication, brake and derailleur calibration, and structural inspection. Same-day delivery in most cases.
Preventive maintenance is a light check recommended every 1–2 months: drivetrain cleaning, lubrication and cable adjustment. General maintenance is a deep intervention that includes full disassembly, total degreasing, bearing inspection and complete calibration. Each bike has its optimal service cycle based on use.
